Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales experience preferred.
• Basic computer and point-of-sale system experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Assist with memberships, payments, and account updates.
• Conduct club tours for prospects and support enrollment.
• Promote club programs, personal training, and referrals.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and club environment.
• Coordinate with leadership on feedback, issues, and sales opportunities.
