Job summary

Workout Anytime Franchising Systems, LLC is seeking a Member Experience Expert to greet and assist members, drive sales, and ensure a clean, inviting club environment. You will engage prospects, conduct tours, and support operations and administrative tasks across shifts.

The ideal candidate is energetic, sales-minded, and customer-service oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a passion for helping others.
• Basic computer and point-of-sale system experience.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with enthusiasm; build relationships and resolve account or access issues.
• Assist with membership sales and enrollment by following the sales process; conduct club tours for prospective members.
• Promote club programs, personal training, and referrals; support promotions and community events.
• Maintain a clean, organized club environment; restock supplies and manage front desk operations; assist opening/closing procedures.
• Process memberships, payments, and account updates; maintain confidentiality; communicate feedback and sales opportunities to leadership.
