Workout Anytime Franchising Systems, LLC is seeking a Member Experience Expert to greet members, drive sales, and keep the club welcoming and well-managed. You will engage prospects, upsell memberships, and support daily operations to enhance member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Basic computer and point-of-sale system experience is expected.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work flexible hours (nights, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Build relationships to create a welcoming club environment.
• Ensure proper check-in and resolve account/access issues.
• Assist with membership sales and enrollment following the sales process.
• Conduct club tours and generate appointments for memberships.
• Maintain a clean, organized club environment and assist with opening/closing procedures.
• Process memberships, payments, and account updates accurately.
• Communicate member feedback and sales opportunities to leadership.
