Job summary

Workout Anytime Franchising Systems, LLC is seeking a friendly and outgoing Member Experience Expert to welcome guests, engage prospective members, and support daily club operations.

You'll drive member satisfaction through exceptional service, assist with tours and memberships, manage front desk activities, and contribute to a clean, inviting gym environment while collaborating with the team to promote programs and referrals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Lead club tours and assist with membership sales.
• Keep the front desk organized and club clean.
• Process memberships, payments, and account updates.
• Communicate member feedback to leadership.
