Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a passion for helping others.
• Basic computer and point-of-sale system experience.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Build relationships to create a welcoming club environment.
• Ensure members check in and resolve account/access issues.
• Respond to member questions and requests promptly.
• Deliver customer service that promotes satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct club tours for prospective members.
• Assist with membership sales and enrollment.
• Outbound prospecting and follow-up calls to generate appointments.
• Promote club programs, personal training, and referrals.
• Support club promotions and community outreach events.
• Maintain a clean, organized club environment throughout each shift.
• Complete cleaning zones and operational checklists.
• Monitor and restock club supplies and inventory.
• Keep front desk organized, accurate, and efficient.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Process memberships, payments, and account updates accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information.
• Communicate with leadership regarding feedback, issues, and opportunities.
• Assist leadership with additional operational duties as assigned.
