Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Build relationships to create welcoming club environment.
• Ensure proper check-in and resolve account or access issues.
• Respond to questions, concerns, and requests promptly.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to boost satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct club tours for prospective members and assist with enrollment.
• Prospect and follow up to generate appointments and memberships.
• Promote club programs, personal training, and referrals.
• Support promotions, marketing initiatives, and community events.
• Maintain a clean, organized club environment and complete checklists.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Process memberships, payments, and account updates accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information.
• Communicate feedback and sales opportunities to leadership.
