Workout Anytime Franchising Systems, LLC is seeking a Member Experience Expert to be the first and last impression of the club. You will welcome members, support growth, and help deliver exceptional service while ensuring a clean, well-run facility.

You will conduct tours, assist with membership sales, handle inquiries, and coordinate front-desk operations. This role requires energetic, sales-minded individuals who communicate effectively and can multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a passion for helping others.
• Basic computer and POS system experience.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Build relationships to create a welcoming club environment.
• Support membership sales and enrollment through the sales process.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting club environment.
• Process memberships and payments accurately; protect member information.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures.
