Job summary

24 Hour Fitness in McKinney, TX is seeking a Sales and Service Expert to deliver an outstanding guest experience while promoting memberships, fitness offerings and retail products.

In this role you will onboard new members, drive member acquisitions, and support retention efforts to help the club meet revenue goals. You will work with the Sales and Service Manager to deliver a best-in-class member experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR and AED certification within 60 days of employment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of service sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executes CARE sales model with guests to relate how products/services meet fitness needs.
• Tours the club and describes facility, equipment, and services tied to guest goals.
• Enrolls members using company sales techniques and adheres to MAP.
• On-boards new members and assists with retention activities to drive profitability.
• Consistently meets or exceeds personal and team sales goals.
