Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Expert to deliver a compelling membership, fitness and retail experience to guests and members at our Dallas club. You will drive member acquisition, engagement, and revenue through personalized service and product knowledge.

In this role you will onboard new members, manage leads, promote local campaigns, and work with the Sales and Service Manager to ensure a best-in-class member experience while meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in fitness or retail.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with computers and POS systems.
• Requires CPR/AED cert within 60 days of employment.
• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute CARE sales model with guests and explain product benefits.
• Tour facility and align offerings with member goals.
• Enroll members using sales techniques and MAP procedures.
• On-board new members and support retention to drive profitability.
• Meet or exceed personal and team sales goals.
• Generate leads through community outreach and on-site promotions.
• Maintain a friendly, clean club environment.
