24 Hour Fitness in McKinney, TX, is seeking a member-focused teammate to welcome new members and guide them through the start of their fitness journey. You will build trust-based relationships by listening to goals and offering personalized solutions to support overall fitness success.

You'll be the first face members see, creating a positive sense of belonging through friendly greetings, on-site support, and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members, answering questions, resolving concerns, and directing members and guests to resources.
• Help keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver an outstanding sales and service experience with a welcoming and informative environment for guests and members.
• Support a smooth new member onboarding experience and be the first face they see when they enter the gym.
