Qualifications

• Strong sales and customer service background in fitness or retail.
• Ability to use computers and digital kiosks.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver member onboarding and ensure a friendly greeting and check-in.
• Promote memberships, fitness and retail offerings to guests and members.
• Generate and manage leads; plan and track selling activities.
• Meet or exceed personal and team sales goals.
