Planet Fitness is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative in Lakewood, WA to deliver exceptional guest experiences in our Judgement Free Zone®. You will greet members, assist with sign-ups, manage inquiries, and help maintain club cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests as they enter the club and assist with questions at check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by aiding members on the club floor and upholding policies.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to the Club Manager when needed.
• Answer phones warmly and help callers with inquiries.
• Assist with membership sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and billing inquiries.
• Support retail transactions and drive sales goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and Recovery Zone areas.
