Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front-end equipment such as cash register.
• Experience working with mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and assist with member purchases.
• Maintain the checkout area and handle sales transactions.
• Resolve member issues and concerns promptly.
• Promote Sam’s Club products and services.
• Guide and support members regarding self-service technology.
• Process member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies.
• Follow company safety standards, procedures, and conduct safety sweeps.
• Assist with training new associates on processes and procedures.
• Deliver new program rollout training and provide continuous learning.
