Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment such as cash registers.
• Experience using mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service at the front of store and assist with purchases.
• Maintain checkout area and process member purchases, returns, refunds and exchanges.
• Promote Sam’s Club products and services to members.
• Support with training of Member Frontline Services associates on processes.
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance with company policies.
