Job summary

Walmart Sam’s Club in Deptford, NJ is seeking a team‑oriented associate to provide member service, process purchases, and maintain the checkout area. You will assist with payments, returns, and exchanges while promoting Sam’s Club products and services.

You’ll guide members on self-service tech and help manage merchandise flow and safety throughout the store. Responsibilities include assisting with training, maintaining paperwork, and ensuring a safe, organized shopping environment for members

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (cash register).
• Experience with mobile retail applications.
• Cash handling and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and promotes Sam’s Club products and services.
• Maintains checkout area and processes member purchases, payments, returns, and exchanges.
• Guides members regarding self-service technology and assists with purchases.
• Maintains safety and security procedures and reports unsafe conditions.
• Assists with training of Frontline Services associates and with program rollouts.
• Ensures area is organized, clean, and merchandise is properly stocked.
• Delivers a safe shopping environment and handles receipts and paperwork as required.
