Job summary

Walmart Sam’s Club in CINNAMINSON, NJ is hiring a Member Frontline Services associate. You will provide member service, verify memberships, process purchases, and assist with payments, returns, and exchanges while promoting Sam’s Club products and services.

You’ll also guide customers on self-service tools, help with stocking and merchandising, and support safety and loss prevention practices to keep the store running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment such as cash registers.
• Experience with mobile retail applications and checkout technology.
• Ability to assist customers and promote products at the front end.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and resolve member issues at checkout.
• Process purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
• Promote Sam’s Club products and services and assist with self-service technology.
• Maintain safe, clean entrances/exits and assist with merchandise.
• Assist with training and rollout of new programs.
