Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Sales and Service Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver a best-in-class member experience. You will hire, train and coach staff, develop sales plans, and ensure execution of programs that drive new member sign-ups, fitness revenue, and retail sales.

As a key leader, you will partner with the General Manager to maintain an outstanding club environment, manage schedules and budgets, and coach the team to meet or exceed targets while delivering

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Customer-focused, able to engage with members and guests.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop Sales & Service team members.
• Lead sales efforts for new member sign-ups, EFT, POS packages, retail and club offerings.
• Drive member experience and ensure a clean, welcoming club environment.
• Coordinate local marketing activities and lead management to grow revenue.
• Partner with GM to meet department targets and maintain member satisfaction.
