24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Sales and Service Manager in Sacramento to lead a dynamic team in delivering a best-in-class member experience. You will drive new member sales, fitness revenue and retail offerings while modeling exceptional service.

The role requires coaching, development of staff, and ongoing supervision of performance and scheduling to meet club targets. A strong emphasis on member engagement and cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

Experience leading 4–10 employees in a service sales environment.
Bachelor's degree is preferred; CPR/AED certification desirable.
Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
Experience in fitness or health-club sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

Hire, train and develop Sales and Service staff to deliver member-focused offerings.
Lead the team to achieve new member sales, fitness revenue and retail targets.
Develop local club marketing plans and review weekly performance with GM.
Drive member engagement through programs and club fitness initiatives.
Schedule coverage within budget and manage performance and personnel matters.
