Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Sales and Service Expert to deliver an outstanding sales and service experience to guests and members. You will promote memberships, fitness and retail offerings, and build relationships that drive acquisition and retention.

You will onboard new members, support them with fitness services, and work with the Sales and Service Manager to ensure a best-in-class experience, while aiming to exceed personal and team sales goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales within fitness or retail preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in service sales.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work with computers and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class sales and service experience to guests and members.
• On-board new members and assist with retention activities.
• Promote and explain memberships, fitness and retail offerings clearly.
