Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Manager to deliver an outstanding member experience and drive sales, service, and retail goals. The position focuses on hiring and developing a high-performing team, coaching, and maintaining a member-centric culture across club operations.

The SSM will collaborate with the General Manager to execute business plans, monitor weekly sales data, and implement local marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Responds professionally to guest, member, and team inquiries.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop Sales and Service team members.
• Lead Sales and Service to offer tailored solutions and build relationships.
• Drive new member sales and fitness revenue, retail and services.
• Develop and coordinate local club marketing activities and lead management.
• Ensure onboarding of new members and attainment of targets.
• Partner with GM to deliver a best-in-class member experience.
