Job summary

Power Wellness at Piedmont Wellness Center is seeking a Part Time Member Services Associate. You will deliver excellent member interaction, handle enrollment, and promote memberships and related services at the front desk.

You will schedule appointments, manage payments, balance drawers, and respond to guest inquiries with a friendly, service-oriented approach. This role requires a positive attitude and the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year certificate from college or technical school preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of related experience or training preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills; positive service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service desk operations including opening/closing and guest check-in.
• Promote and sell memberships and ancillary services.
• Schedule appointments via Compete software and manage reminders.
• Balance drawers and understand credit card and check policies.
• Enroll members via contracts, obtain signatures and payments.
• Maintain effective radio communication with departments.
• Work toward satisfaction metrics like surveys and feedback.
• Maintain an average of 5 shifts per month.
• Other duties as assigned.
