Job summary

Workout Anytime - Pugh is seeking a Member Experience Expert who greets guests, assists members, and drives welcoming, sales-driven service. You will manage check-ins, address questions, lead tours for prospective members, and promote programs while maintaining a clean, inviting club atmosphere.

This role supports daily club operations and administrative tasks, including processing memberships, payments, and account updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a passion for helping others.
• Basic computer and point-of-sale system experience.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet every member and guest with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Build positive relationships to create a welcoming club environment.
• Ensure all members check in properly and resolve access issues.
• Respond to member questions and requests promptly.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to promote retention.
• Conduct club tours for prospective members.
• Assist with membership sales and enrollment following the sales process.
• Perform outbound prospecting to generate appointments and memberships.
• Promote club programs, personal training, and referrals.
• Support promotions, marketing initiatives, and community events.
• Maintain a clean, organized, inviting club environment.
• Complete assigned cleaning zones and operational checklists.
• Monitor and restock club supplies and inventory.
• Ensure front desk is organized and efficient.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Process memberships, payments, and account updates accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information.
• Communicate member feedback and operational issues to leadership.
• Assist leadership with additional duties as assigned.
