Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to welcome members and guests, answer calls, schedule tours, and assist with sign-ups, cancellations, and BCM amenity usage. You will help maintain a clean club environment and support the Club Manager and Team Lead.

The role requires strong customer service, active listening, problem solving, and clear communication. Basic computer skills and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are needed as part of daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members and guests to deliver a positive experience.
• Handle front desk duties: answer calls and provide information.
• Take info calls and tours; assist with member sign-ups and cancellations.
• Assist in member check-ins, BCM amenity usage, and account updates.
• Facilitate member services questions and forward to supervisor as needed.
• Help maintain club neatness/cleanliness.
