Job summary

Planet Fitness in Fargo, ND is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to drive new member sign‑ups and deliver a positive, welcoming experience for every guest.

You will greet prospective members, process registrations, check members in, lead tours, and assist with changes to member accounts. You may escalate issues to the Club Manager as needed and help maintain a clean, well‑organized club environment for all visitors and Members.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Able to stand/walk for most of shift and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet potential members and provide a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk tasks: sign-ups, check-ins, tours, and updating member accounts.
• Facilitate member services issues and escalate to Club Manager as needed.
• Maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
