Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Positive attitude with a passion for helping others.
• Basic computer and point-of-sale system experience.
• Must multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Build relationships to create a welcoming club environment.
• Ensure check-ins are smooth and resolve access issues.
• Respond to questions and requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to promote satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct club tours and assist with membership sales and enrollment.
• Promote club programs, personal training, and referrals; support promotions and events.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting club space across shifts.
• Process memberships, payments, and account updates accurately.
• Communicate member feedback and operational/sales opportunities to leadership.
• Assist leadership with additional operational duties as assigned.
