The Member Experience Associate at AAA Mountain West Group in Newark is a full-time, onsite role focused on delivering outstanding service and value to our Members. Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED; 2-4 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in a sales role.
• Backgrounds in insurance, retail, hospitality, service industries, or call centers are highly valued.
• Drive for Results: meet deliverables on time; adaptable and goal-oriented.
• Communicate Effectively and Teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Performs fundamental customer interactions including Member Services and product sales; must be knowledgeable and proficient with AAA products and services and adhere to branch operations.
• Promotes AAA products and services to Members to achieve goals and reinforce Membership value.
• Understands Member needs, recommends solutions, and demonstrates flexibility across branch environments.
• Travel between locations and cover shifts as needed; assist across seven foundational skills and growth skills.
