Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group is seeking a Member Experience Associate to deliver outstanding service across multiple branches in Utah. The role rotates between Farmington and other locations, requires strong customer service orientation, adaptability, and active listening to identify needs while learning multiple product lines.

The position focuses on meeting individual sales targets, applying consultative selling techniques, and ensuring seamless service for Members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in a sales role.
• Backgrounds in insurance, retail, hospitality, service industries, or call centers valued.
• Drive for results and deliverables on time.
• Effective communication with individuals or groups.
• Teamwork and relationship-building with peers and partners.
• Willingness to travel and cover shifts at multiple locations.
• Bonding/fingerprinting and P&C licensing may be required depending on branch needs.

Responsibilities

• Performs customer interactions including Member Services and product sales; knowledgeable with AAA products and adheres to procedures and compliance.
• Meets individual sales goals and applies consultative techniques to uncover needs and close opportunities; promotes AAA products to Members to achieve branch goals.
