AAA Mountain West Group is seeking a Member Experience Associate in Salt Lake City to deliver outstanding service and value to our Members through genuine care and personalized support. This onsite role rotates between branches to meet business needs.

You will develop knowledge of AAA products, use consultative sales techniques to identify needs, meet individual sales targets, and maintain alignment with branch procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of AAA products and services; adhere to branch procedures and compliance.
• Assist with membership sales and product recommendations to strengthen member value.
