AAA Mountain West Group is seeking a Member Experience Associate to deliver outstanding service and value to Members across branch locations. You will actively meet sales targets while providing genuine care, personal service, and product knowledge to customers.

The role rotates between branches and requires strong listening skills, adaptability, and the ability to learn multiple product lines and systems. This full-time, onsite position at AAA San Jose Brokaw involves working five days a week,

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED.
• 2-4 years of work experience with at least 1 year in a sales role.
• Backgrounds in insurance, retail, hospitality, service industries, or call centers are highly valued.

Responsabilités

• Performs customer interactions including Member Services and product sales, adhering to procedures and compliance.
• Meets individual sales goals and applies consultative sales techniques to uncover needs, present solutions, and close opportunities.
• Promotes AAA products and services to Members to achieve branch goals and reinforce Membership value.
