Job summary

The Member Experience Associate (MEA) at AAA Mountain West Group is responsible for delivering outstanding service and value to our Members across multiple branch locations. You will balance customer care with achieving individual sales targets, utilizing knowledge of AAA products and services and applying consultative sales approaches.

This on-site, full-time role at the Sparks Branch includes Saturdays. You will adapt to different branch environments, learn multiple product lines, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2–4 years of work experience and 1 year in a sales role.
• Strong customer service orientation, communication and active listening.
• Ability to learn multiple product lines and adapt to branch environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service and value to Members through genuine care.
• Meet individual sales targets while handling Member Services and product sales.
• Apply consultative sales techniques to uncover needs and close opportunities.
• Promote AAA products and services to achieve branch goals.
• Adapt to different branch environments and maintain compliance with procedures.
