Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional member experience. You will greet potential members, manage front desk tasks, answer calls, and assist with tours, sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates to ensure smooth operations.

The role emphasizes customer service excellence, effective communication, and collaboration with the Club Manager and team to resolve issues and maintain a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks.
• Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns.
• Taking info calls and tours
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
