Job summary

AAA is seeking a Member Experience Associate in Merced to deliver outstanding service and drive product sales across multiple branches. This full-time, onsite role requires strong customer service, adaptability, and active listening to meet member needs.

You will rotate between branches, work five days a week including two Saturdays, and rely on a commission-based incentive plan. Prior sales experience is mandatory, with knowledge of AAA products a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 2-4 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in a sales role.
• Backgrounds in insurance, retail, hospitality, service industries valued.
• Must demonstrate adaptability and willingness to travel.
• Must be able to work Saturdays and across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with services and sales while following SOPs.
• Promote AAA products and services to achieve goals.
• Identify member needs and tailor solutions across branches.
• Maintain knowledge of AAA products and ensure fiduciary accountability.
