AAA Walnut Creek is hiring a Member Experience Associate to deliver outstanding service and value to Members across branches. You’ll provide genuine care, meet sales targets, and rotate between locations. The role is full-time, onsite, with Saturday shifts.

Strong customer service and sales skills are essential, along with adaptability, active listening, and familiarity with multiple systems. The position includes travel between branches as needed.
