AAA in California is seeking a Member Experience Associate to deliver outstanding service and value to Members across multiple branch locations, combining genuine care with sales responsibilities.

You will meet individual sales targets, learn AAA products, and rotate between branches; starting hourly rates range from $23 to $26.95 with incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401k matching, medical/dental/vision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 2–4 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in sales.
• Backgrounds in insurance, retail, hospitality, service industries, or call centers valued.
• Must demonstrate adaptability and travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Handle Member Services and product sales across multiple branches.
• Meet individual sales goals while applying consultative sales techniques.
• Learn AAA products and services and comply with SOPs.
