Job summary

AAA Merced is seeking a Member Experience Associate (Sales) to deliver exceptional member service while achieving personal sales goals. This on-site role rotates between branches and requires strong customer service, adaptability, and knowledge of AAA products and services.

You will work five days a week, including two Saturdays monthly, in a fast-paced branch environment focused on service and sales excellence.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation and ability to meet sales targets.
• Ability to quickly learn multiple product lines and systems.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Knowledge of AAA products and services; consultative selling approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service and meet individual sales targets across branches.
• Promote AAA products to achieve personal and branch goals.
• Identify member needs and tailor solutions to each branch environment.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, and operations across locations.
