Job summary

Planet Fitness, operated by Core Development and Management, is seeking a Member Services Representative in Wareham, MA. You will deliver an outstanding, judgement-free member experience, greet guests, assist with questions, and support daily club operations.

Responsibilities include member sign-ups, updating billing info, answering phones, driving retail sales, and maintaining clean facilities. Flexibility for full/part-time schedules is offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests as they enter/exit the club and assist with questions.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members and supporting fitness journeys.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to the Club Manager as needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers.
• Perform membership tasks: sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and handling balances.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to club targets.
• Conduct member calls and tours to assess needs and drive memberships.
• Process retail transactions and drive sales.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and Recovery Zone areas; restrooms and spaces.
• Identify maintenance or safety issues and address promptly.
• Communicate openly, build relationships, and champion CORE values.
