Job summary

Planet Fitness in Burlington, MA is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to deliver a superior, Judgement Free Zone experience for members and guests. You’ll handle check-ins, member questions, and onboarding while promoting club policies and services.

Flex scheduling allows both full-time and part-time shifts. You will answer calls, assist with sign-ups and billing updates, drive sales while maintaining clean and safe club spaces, and support the front desk with a positive,

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness)
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club; assist them with any questions or concerns as they check in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members on the club floor and supporting fitness journeys.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to the Club Manager as needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
• Perform membership functions such as sign-ups, updating contact/billing information, cancellations, and transfers.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to club targets.
