Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to deliver a superior, judgement-free experience to members and guests. You will handle check-ins, member support, sign-ups, and inquiries, while promoting the brand and achieving sales goals.

Role offers flexible full-time and part-time shifts, with training provided for CPR/AED certification. Includes duties from front-desk interactions to retail transactions and facility upkeep at our club in Fall River.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness)
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests as they enter and exit the club and assist with check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone and assist members on the club floor while upholding policies.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to Club Manager when needed.
• Answer phones and assist callers with inquiries.
• Perform membership related tasks: sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and billing issues.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to club targets.
• Conduct tours for prospective members and assess their needs.
• Process retail transactions and drive sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and facilities, including restrooms.
• Identify maintenance or safety issues and report promptly.
• Communicate openly and effectively, build relationships, and uphold CORE values
