You will guide clients through options, listen carefully, document information, and work toward KPIs while coordinating handoffs between internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time, high-quality customer-facing experience.
• Track record of hitting goals or performance targets.
• Build trust quickly with clients.
• Handle rejection well and stay focused on outcomes.
• Strong active listening and communication.
