Serenity is hiring a Member Sales Associate to guide clients through available options with clarity and confidence, ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout the decision process. The role emphasizes a high-touch, relationship-driven approach with clear performance expectations in a premium service environment.

You will handle client questions, document details thoroughly, and work toward individual KPIs while collaborating with internal teams to keep the client experience seamless.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time, high-quality customer-facing experience in hospitality, retail, concierge or related premium service environments.
• Track record of hitting goals or performance targets and self-motivation to raise the bar.
• Strong trust-building and quick rapport with clients.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay focused on outcomes.
• Excellent listening and information-gathering skills.
• Capacity to manage high volume interactions while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through options with a consultative approach and encourage the next step.
