Job summary

GreenState Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative to acquire, expand, and enrich member relationships while delivering exceptional service. The role emphasizes accuracy, integrity, and teamwork to meet and exceed sales expectations.

Hours are Monday-Friday 8:15am-5:15pm and Saturday 8:45am-12:15pm, with a pay range of $24.02-$28.08/hour plus monthly incentives and benefits. Reports to the Manager Retail Branch, and is bondable with S.A.F.E. Act compliance.

Qualifications

• At least one year of MSR or related credit union experience with product knowledge.
• Demonstrates high energy, strong sales ability and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Proficient with computer applications, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Proven relationship-building skills and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly, acknowledge them by name, and thank them for their business.
• Performs MSR duties including cash handling, drawer balancing, and policy compliance.
• Make weekly outbound sales calls to members and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Build member relationships and refer to Wealth Management, Mortgage, or other departments as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information and follow all regulations.
