Job summary

Responsibilities

• Processes transactions, answers inquiries and resolves problems or discrepancies with member accounts.
• Maintains knowledge of credit union processes, products and services to assist members effectively.
• Proactively identifies and recommends products and services for the betterment of the member.
• Maintains confidentiality and protects member information and credit union operations.
• Complies with applicable laws and regulations including Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act.
