Alabama Credit Union in Alabama is seeking a Member Experience Representative to welcome members, open new accounts, and provide a friendly, relationship-building experience. In this full-time frontline role you will handle everyday financial transactions, assist with loan requests, and guide members to products and services that fit their needs.

You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, discuss products with confidence, and deliver outstanding service to strengthen our community

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; strong customer service and cash handling.
• Proficient computer skills; comfortable with Microsoft Office and web apps.
• Ability to follow lengthy account-opening procedures and describe/sell products.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and onboard members.
• Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, and related transactions.
• Explain products and services to meet members’ financial needs.
• Provide excellent member service in a fast-paced environment.
