Job summary

ASE Credit Union in Alabama is seeking a Front Line Teller to handle financial transactions accurately and provide friendly service to members in the lobby, drive-thru, or by phone.

You will balance cash drawers, process deposits and withdrawals, and assist with cross-sell opportunities while maintaining confidentiality and high standards of service. This full-time role requires a high school diploma and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service and/or cash handling experience.
• High school degree or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Process checking/savings/loan transactions; receive funds, post transactions, and process withdrawals.
• Balance cash drawer daily; follow holds procedures; process shared branching transactions.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities through member conversations to determine product needs.
• Assist other departments/branches with transactions and staffing needs; support care center calls.
• Maintain a clean, professional work environment and positive attitude.
• Comply with policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
• All other duties as assigned by management.
