Club Paddock is seeking a Marketing & Events Coordinator to support a growing calendar of member experiences, private events, marketing initiatives, and day-to-day club operations. This hands-on role blends events, marketing, hospitality, and onsite operations in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating member events, private events, and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute member events and private events from planning through follow-up.
• Maintain event calendars, run-of-show details, guest lists, and vendor information.
• Create, update, and polish event pages in the Club Paddock app and Luma.
• Prepare weekly member emails, announcements, invitations, and reminders.
• Use Canva to create graphics, signage, and marketing materials; support campaigns.
• Coordinate with leadership and internal teams to keep priorities moving.
• Ensure onsite readiness: venue setup, inventory, and hospitality services.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock beverages and event supplies.
• Provide exceptional member experiences and professional service.
• Assist with administrative tasks and problem-solving as needed.
