Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking a Member Experience Coordinator to enhance the club’s member experience. You will coordinate the event calendar, registrations, and setup of club events, while also managing social media and communications to promote events and engage members.

You will support onboarding, campaigns, and retention, ensuring a vibrant, connected community. In this role, you will collaborate with department heads to create a unified event calendar, assist with data entry in tracking

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in hospitality or a similar customer-facing role.
• Service-oriented mindset with the ability to value each member/guest.
• Friendly, personable, positive attitude and willingness to exceed expectations.
• Strong communication across verbal, written, phone, text, and social media.
• Proven ability to multitask under pressure and stay organized.
• Professional, welcoming phone demeanor.
• Ability to understand and respond to member/guest needs.
• Proficient in Word, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event registrations and assist with event setup and décor.
• Support new member onboarding, programming, communication and retention efforts.
• Capture photos at events and send thank-you notes to speakers.
• Manage social media posts and keep event calendar updated across channels.
• Maintain updated event/registration data in MembersFirst and other tracking systems.
• Collaborate with department heads to build a unified annual club event calendar.
• Represent the club on member committees to boost community relations.
