Job summary

Invited Clubs in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Member Experience Coordinator to enhance the club experience for members and guests. You will coordinate events, registrations, and setup, while also managing social media and member communications to promote activities and engagement.

You will support onboarding, birthday/anniversary programs, and collaborate with department heads to craft a yearly event calendar that strengthens community relations within the club.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality or a similar customer-facing role.
• Service-oriented mindset with the ability to make every member and guest feel valued.
• Friendly and personable with a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond.
• Strong communication across verbal, written, phone, text, and social media channels.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Professional and welcoming phone demeanor.
• Excellent listing skills and responsiveness to member needs.
• Advanced in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Positive attitude and collaborative team spirit.
• Effective multitasker with strong time management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of all members’ experience functions including onboarding, programming, communication and retention efforts.
• Coordinate event registration, prepare materials for check-in, and assist with event setup and décor.
• Capture photos at events, send thank-you cards to speakers, and write personalized postcards inviting future attendance.
• Conduct new member welcome calls and manage birthday/anniversary lists for engagement.
• Manage social media activities and ensure event calendar accuracy across channels.
• Update club marketing materials such as posters, table tents, and digital displays.
• Maintain up-to-date event/registration information in MembersFirst and promote events across channels.
• Support data entry in tracking systems (e.g., Member 360) and assist with At Risk and Early Tenure calls.
• Assist with resignations and follow-up communications.
• Collaborate with department heads to create a unified annual club event calendar and engage on member committees.
