Job summary

Champions Social Club is seeking a polished, relationship-driven Member Services Director to lead the member experience, oversee event sales for internal and external events, and grow a vibrant, engaged community. This role oversees the full membership journey—from welcoming and onboarding new members to strengthening engagement and retention.

The Director builds meaningful connections, collaborates with clubs teams across Dining, Poker, Events and Operations, and leads the Member Services team

Qualifications

• Hospitality-focused professional with luxury/club experience.
• 5-7 years leading teams in member-facing environments.
• CRM experience and data-driven approach to loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Lead the member experience and onboarding journey.
• Oversee event sales for internal and external events.
• Develop and execute the membership strategy and calendar of events.
• Manage Concierge and Sales teams to deliver exceptional hospitality.
• Collaborate with F&B, Poker, Catering and Events for seamless member experiences.
• Maintain accurate member data and CRM records.
• Promote events and memberships to deepen engagement.
