Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking a Member Experience Coordinator to enhance the member experience. You will help coordinate the event calendar, registrations, and event setup while supporting social media engagement to promote activities and build a vibrant club community.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in hospitality or customer-facing roles and strong communication skills. Proficiency with MS Office and team-focused collaboration will be essential to success.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in hospitality or a customer-facing role (preferred).
• Strong communication across verbal, written, phone, text, and social media channels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event registrations and materials for member check-in.
• Assist with event setup, decor, name badges and welcome signage.
• Capture event photos and send thank-you notes to speakers.
• Make new member welcome calls and manage birthday/anniversary lists for engagement.
• Manage club social media posts and ensure calendar accuracy across channels.
• Update marketing materials and promote events via club communications.
• Maintain event/registration data in club systems and assist with reporting.
