BCA is seeking an organized Marketing & Event Manager to keep our community informed, engaged, and connected through exceptional events and experiential programming. This hands‑on role blends event planning, internal marketing, and member communications, with a focus on delivering polished, welcoming experiences for Members and guests.

The ideal candidate will be resourceful, think outside the box, and have a natural ability to make people feel valued.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in marketing, communications, events, hospitality, or member services.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Ability to write, design, and distribute communications and event materials.

Aufgaben

• Plan and execute experiential programming for BCA, including long‑term scheduling.
• Coordinate on‑site event load‑in, execution, and wrap‑up.
• Develop messaging and promotional materials to engage Members and guests.
• Maintain member, guest, registration, and attendance records in Salesforce or related platforms.
• Monitor engagement and adjust communications for effectiveness.
• Support social media content highlighting BCA’s culture and experiences.
